The app was once useful and pleasant to use, but several recent updates have degraded its functionality. Users report frequent crashes, slower loading, repeated fingerprint authentication prompts, and barcode scanning failures that hamper invoice payments. Customer support is generally unresponsive. Features like ATM location work poorly in rural areas. Despite positives like good design and previous reliability, current stability and usability issues frustrate users.

Hace un tiempo que no funciona el acceso. Creé un nuevo ePin en el cajero y nada. Una lastima porque usaba el servicio bastante seguido. Cuando funcionaba, la aplicación así como la web eran muy útiles
