Manage incoming orders, update statuses, and keep your kitchen in sync—all from your phone or tablet.<br><br>► MANAGE ORDERS IN ONE PLACE<br>View all orders at a glance with clear tabs: Pending, Ongoing, Completed, and Cancelled. Switch between Delivery and Pickup to focus on the orders that matter. See order counts per status and tap any order for full details.<br><br>► ACT FAST ON NEW ORDERS<br>Get instant alerts when a new order arrives. The app notifies you with a sound and an on-screen dialog so you can accept or reject quickly. Notifications work even when the app is in the background, so you never miss an order.<br><br>► UPDATE STATUS EASILY<br>Accept or reject orders with one tap. For accepted orders, set preparation time, move them to In Progress or Ready for Pickup, and mark them Completed. If you need to cancel, add a reason so the customer and platform stay informed.<br><br>► FULL ORDER DETAILS<br>Open any order to see the complete breakdown: items, add-ons, quantities, prices, delivery or pickup info, customer details, fees, tax, and totals.
