Commit. Focus. Complete.
Pick a task, lock in a specific time, and start. Once you lock in your focus session, there's no pausing and no finishing early — the timer runs on the clock, even if you close the app. That's the whole point: you already agreed to this. Alongside just holds the line.

A companion who grows with you — not against you
Choose a Dog or a Turtle when you begin. Your companion doesn't need feeding, doesn't get sad, and never guilts you — but every promise you keep helps them grow, stage by stage, from a tiny hatchling into a fully grown companion who's been with you the whole way. Unlock ribbons, hats, glasses, and a crown along the road.

Built for honesty, not streak anxiety
Missing a day dents your Commitment Score — it doesn't erase it. Alongside tracks a rolling 30-day consistency score, daily focus minutes, and streaks, but the goal is always the next promise, not a perfect record.

Make it fit your life

One-time, daily, or weekday-recurring commitments
Gentle reminders when it's time to start, and a nudge when your session ends
An optional nightly summary of how the day went
A quick reflection after each session — including an honest "interrupted" outcome, because life happens
Your data stays yours
No account, no sign-up, no backend. Alongside works entirely as a guest — everything lives on your device, and nothing leaves it.

Build discipline, one promise at a time — alongside a companion who's rooting for you. ## Rankings - #3,465,489 — Overall ## Permissions and access ### Permissions - `android.permission.INTERNET` - `android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS` - `android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED` - `android.permission.SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM` - `android.permission.USE_EXACT_ALARM` - `android.permission.VIBRATE` - `android.permission.WAKE_LOCK` - `com.android.vending.CHECK_LICENSE` - `com.baebullastudio.alongside.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION` ## Similar extensions and apps - [Habit Tracker - Streakist](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.elfatihi.streakist) — 20 users - [Stay Focused – Habit Tracker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.stayfocused.stay_focused) — 100 users - [CoStreak: Shared Habit Tracker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.aveosoft.streakly) — 15 users - [Oath Tracker - Commit & Focus](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.ashtecapps.oath_tracker) — 114 users - [Seedling: Habit Tracker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.seedling.app) — 8 users - [Glo - Streaks Habit Tracker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.nexusplaylabss.streaks) — 114 users - [Pixbu: Pixel Pet Habit Tracker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.pixbu.app) — 12 users - [Steadsy](https://chrome-stats.com/d/app.steadsy.mobile) — 1 users - [LockedIn: Focus Habit Tracker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.acemobile.lockedin) — 8 users - [Sidekick: Grow Together](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.crosbyquant.sidekick) — 6,186 users, 4.64 / 5 - [Cozy Companion](https://chrome-stats.com/d/app.cozycompanion.habittracker) — 21 users - [Growpoints: Habits Grow a Pet](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.playzpd.growpoints) — 13 users --- Source: [Chrome-Stats](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.baebullastudio.alongside)
