This is an app that allows you to report damaged areas on roads managed by Ayase City, along with photos and location information. In order to report, you must register as a user when using this app for the first time.

Ayase City has introduced "Aya Patrol Squad" as a new means of communication between the city and its citizens!
"I'm worried because there are potholes on the road..."
"It's dangerous because the curved mirror is still bent..."
In such a case, take a photo and report it!
The department in charge will check the contents of the report and carry out repairs or emergency measures depending on the situation on site.

■How to use
・When you discover a damaged area on the road, turn on the GPS function and start the "Ayapatai".
- Select "Report".
・Select the problem details.
-Take two photos, one close up and one in the distance.
- Check the location of the problem on the map.
・Check the contents of the report and send it.
The report will now be sent to Ayase City.

Once you have completed your registration at the city, you will be able to check the status of your application by clicking "View Map."

■When using the app
・Depending on the time of day, we may not be able to respond immediately, so please provide information by "contact us by phone" depending on the level of urgency.
・Please note that Ayase City will acquire users' personal information (email address and location information). Personal information acquired will be managed based on the Ayase City Personal Information Protection Ordinance, unless otherwise specified by law.
・When taking pictures, please pay close attention to your surroundings and make sure it is safe. Please note that while driving a car, etc., please do not operate the device, including taking pictures, as it is dangerous.
