## Description

The Brothers Finance - Partner is the field companion app for recovery agents employed by The Brothers Finance. It is an internal work tool: accounts are issued by the company, and access requires an employee ID. It is not available for public sign-up.<br><br>WHAT AGENTS CAN DO<br><br>Daily case list<br>See the cases assigned to you for the day, with customer name, address, outstanding amount and EMI schedule, so you can plan your route before you leave.<br><br>Geo-tagged check-in<br>Record your arrival at a customer location with a photo and GPS position. This creates a verifiable record that the visit took place.<br><br>Collect payments<br>Accept an EMI repayment by cash or UPI. For UPI, the app shows a payment QR code the customer can scan with any UPI app. Every collection is logged against the correct loan.<br><br>Record visit outcomes<br>Log what happened on the visit: payment collected, a promise-to-pay with a follow-up date, customer unreachable, or escalate the case to your manager.<br><br>Receipts<br>Generate a receipt for every collection so the customer has immediate proof of payment.<br><br>Dashboard and settlements<br>Track your collections for the day, your running totals, and settlement records.<br><br>Offline-tolerant<br>Entries queue on the device when connectivity is poor and sync once you are back online, so field work is not blocked by a weak signal.<br><br>PERMISSIONS<br><br>Location is used to geo-tag check-ins at customer premises, confirming that a visit was made. Camera and photo access are used to attach visit photos and payment proof.<br><br>This app is intended solely for authorised The Brothers Finance field staff.
