Available for free on Apple and Android devices, the APA app incorporates augmented reality technology to offer Australian Physiotherapy Association members a richer, more immersive user experience. The APA app provides direct access to tailored digital content and additional information to complement select articles in InMotion magazine, the flagship publication of the Association.<br><br>The APA app allows users to use their smartphone to scan marked pages in InMotion magazine to bring up video content related to an article, as well as a website link, telephone number and email address. It is an innovative way of linking members to digital content and providing them with a portal to gain additional information quickly and easily.<br><br>The APA app is an example of the Australian Physiotherapy Association embracing technology and its application to enhance member services and physiotherapy practice.
