## Description

SiteQC is the offline, bilingual QA/QC companion for construction site engineers in the GCC. Raise, track, and close your daily inspection paperwork — Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), RFIs, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and Corrective Action Requests (CAR) — and export clean, audit-ready PDF forms in English and Arabic, all on your device.

No accounts. No servers. No subscription. Buy once, own it forever.

WHY SITE ENGINEERS USE SITEQC
- Every inspection type in one place — WIR, MIR, RFI, NCR and CAR, with the fields your consultant actually expects.
- Automatic serial numbering per project and per type (WIR-001, MIR-001, NCR-001…), so your register is always gap-free and audit-ready.
- A full status workflow: Draft → Issued → Approved / Approved with comments / Rejected → Closed, with a timestamp and name at every step.
- Filterable registers and logs — the WIR register, NCR log, overdue flags and search that consultants live in.
- Bilingual, audit-ready PDF forms — a clean consultant/authority layout with your company header, serial number, English + Arabic labels, signatures and a verification code.
- NCR → CAR linking, with disposition, root cause, corrective and preventive actions, and before/after close-out photos.
- A dashboard for open vs approved vs rejected, first-time approval rate, overdue inspections and ageing.
- Contractor and consultant signatures, photos and attachments on every request.
- Tamper-evident records — a hash-chained evidence log and certificate of authenticity, so your inspection history holds up in an audit.
- Backup, restore and offline handoff — export your whole project to a single file and hand it to a colleague, no internet required.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
SiteQC works entirely offline. Your projects, photos, signatures and reports never leave your device — nothing is uploaded, nothing is shared, no data is collected.

TRY IT FREE, THEN UNLOCK ONCE
Start with a 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. After that, a single one-time purchase keeps it yours forever — no seats, no monthly fees.

Built for QA/QC engineers, site engineers, inspectors and consultants on GCC construction projects.

From AuraTech.
