W dniu, w którym powinien przyjść robot sprzątający, dostałam e-maila z informacją o braku możliwości zrealizowania zamówienia ze względu na brak sprzętu na stanie. Zaproponowano mi w zamian inny model, droższy o prawie 150 złotych z oczekiwaniem, że za tę różnicę w cenie zapłacę. Kiepskie podejście do klienta, zarówno przez brak możliwości sprawdzenia w apce czy produkt jest dostępny, jak i ze względu na zaoferowanie produktu droższego o równowartość 2/3 ceny pierwotnie zamówionego modelu.
