Since my provider switched from the Healow app to this one it has not been good. I have had this for about a year the only thing it is good for is to show my appointments. none of my past visit results or medications are on it. the web browser has One visit summary and my medications but still nowhere near as good as the Healow app which had All of my visits All my test results so i can check my own progress from lab work and All my doctors notes I do not enjoy using this app or the web browser

Worst portal app I've ever used. Spent 3 hours trying to make a payment but everytime I tried the app just takes you to their website and everytime I would log in it would tell me my session was expired. So I logged out let it wait for 5-10 minutes logged back in and it still said session expired, fought with it for 3 hours. Waste of my time.
