## Description

A basic small app guiding you through box breathing with visual &amp; sound cues.<br>Box breathing is a breathing technique that can be used to reduce stress, improve mood, and meditate. Rotating on a 16 second cycle at 4 seconds per stage, the user inhales, holds their breath, exhales, stays exhaled, then repeats.<br><br>This app makes a &quot;wood block&quot; sound each second. Can be used as a 60 bpm metronome too, haha. I made this app because I wanted something like this, and had been using a metronome app before. I tried to choose a soothing colour scheme that wouldn&#39;t be a bother if trying to use it at night.<br><br>No fluff, no data collected. Just a simple and small-ish app. Made with the Unity engine, as it is what I know how to use best.
