The Dr.iQ app offered a much better user experience compared to the Evergreen app, with a superior interface, ease of use, and several other advantages. Unfortunately, the Dr.iQ app is no longer functional, as they have transitioned to the Evergreen platform.

Try to use the app to book an appointment, and I get a message to say that i do not have access to book appointments. Keep getting the same reply that it is sorted, but it's not. I sent screenshots of the message, but it makes no difference
