AR Elite Training was born from Álvaro Redondo's passion for transforming lives through sport.

It all began in a small room, without teammates, with very little equipment, and with a firm idea: to demonstrate that well-guided training can change anyone's life. Even when the COVID era arrived, Álvaro persevered, training groups outdoors and keeping alive the spirit of effort and community that defines us today.

It hasn't been an easy journey, but step by step, the AR Method grew in Los Alcores until it became the leading center we are today: a space with an innovative approach, personalized service, and facilities designed to offer the very best.
