The most common complaints are unrealistic, pasted-looking swaps; unreliable face detection or automatic swapping; and limited control over editing the result. Multiple reviewers also objected to a required ZIP or model download. ### Pros - Many users find it fun for making jokes and sharing amusing pictures with friends or family. - Some users say face swapping is quick, easy to get started with, and produces good or realistic results. - Users enjoy the extra creative features, including face morphing, hair and mustache effects, and filters. ### Cons - Face swaps can look like a pasted-on face rather than a realistic blend. - Face detection and automatic swapping are unreliable, especially with non-selfie photos; some users could not get their own photos to work. - Editing control is limited: users report difficulty adjusting a swapped face or wanting more manual editing. - More than one user complained that a separate ZIP or face-model download is required before the app can be used. ## Similar extensions and apps - [Funny Face Photo Editor-FunApp](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.photostudio.funny_face.photoeditor) — 1,788,695 users, 3.07 / 5 - [MemeMe: AI Meme Maker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.cardinalblue.aimeme) — 165,610 users, 4.52 / 5 - [Meme Maker: Funny Face Filter](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.meme.maker.fun.challenge.face.filter) — 36,130 users - [Facememe](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.facememe.techplan) — 15 users - [Funny Photo Editor](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.mandi.baozouptuflutter.baozouptuFlutter) — 39 users - [Meme Creator & Sticker Maker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.youngpilestock.memecreator) — 1,788 users - [Crea Meme](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.avprostudio.creameme) — 10 users - [Funny Faces Effects Editor](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.zezo.funnyfaces) — 2,289 users, 4.60 / 5 - [Make Memes](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.shrigapps.textophoto) — 192 users - [Meme Face Maker : Meme Sticker](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.bouncebackstudio.memefacemaker) — 824 users - [Meme Maker & Meme Creator](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.meme.memegenerator) — 1,176,281 users, 3.99 / 5 - [Meme Maker - text to image](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.appone.memecreator) — 455 users --- Source: [Chrome-Stats](https://chrome-stats.com/d/com.appsrox.facex)
