## Description

An app for clients being seen by clinicians who use the Therapist Toolbox app. This app allows a client to remotely and securely provide their signature at their clinician&#39;s request. This is especially helpful when therapy is being provided via phone or video call. <br><br>Sending signature requests through the mail is no longer necessary! The combination of Therapist Toolbox and Therapist Toolbox for Clients allows clients to sign any Therapist Toolbox document instantly - no matter how many miles are between the clinician and client.<br><br>Safety and security are very important. That&#39;s why there are built-in safe-guards to ensure clients know exactly what they are signing and for whom. When a remote signature is requested, the document is locked to prevent modification and the submitted version of the document is stamped as having been &quot;Signed Remotely&quot;
