good game but they cheat to not let you win. They stop bubbles from going where you send them😠

I had this game downloaded a few years back and cleared all levels but kept waiting for the new level to open so I deleted the game. Downloaded the game again but couldn't get past level 19 before the game freezes. What's up with that? Plus will you ever open up the new level? I love playing this game but for now not so much.
