2024-07-19	Di*****	Opened an account about 2-3 months, no problems. Starting 5 days ago haven't been able to access my account due to password issues. Have called everyday at least once, calls lasting 30min to over an hour. When I am ready to pull my hair out I just tell them I have to take a break.....2 more days and that's it Diane
