What's the point of an app if you can't see the things you need? What if I don't have a laptop? I can only see the amount of recently paid items if I don't look at it regularly I can't see things older than a few days! The app is clunky to navigate. If you go back or hit home you'll need to sign in again. Seriously OTIP do better. I will say your staff are courteous. That's why it gets 2 stars.

It's useless. I can't access my claims with my phone and by the looks of the comments no one seems to care. If your going to offer an app to make it easier to view and make claims, you may want to have your admins actually fix the issues your users are experiencing.

Has been crashing for over two years. No matter what phone is used, the app just crashes. Don't bother with the website. It times out constantly after 5sec. All round frustrating experience with this company and its Micky Mouse products.
