## Description

Application is used in combination with NFC tags or QR Codes and fillable PDF forms.<br><br>For example:<br>In industry tags could be placed on machines and when technician scans it<br>corresponding checklist would be loaded.<br><br>Any kind of NFC tag can be used (sticker, card, magnetic..), only<br>requirement is that first record on tag is the name of checklist.<br><br>PDF Form limitations:<br>  Supports only Acroform format.<br>  Following types of form fields can be used:<br>	Text<br>	Check Box<br>	Radio button<br>	Combo Box<br>	List box<br>	Signature<br>	<br>Available in English and Croatian.<br><br>Guide:<br>1a. Create pdf document with form fields.<br>1b. Create QR Codes with any &quot;QR Code Generator&quot; website. <br>2. Copy it to device.<br>3. Add checklists into the application by going to Settings -&gt; Checklist<br>4. Scan QR Code and checklist will be opened.<br>5. Enter data into it and save.<br>6. Open Saved Checklist and share or delete them.
