It lets you get into your community from your phone, with no keys or remotes.

OPEN THE DOOR FROM YOUR PHONE

• Over Bluetooth: walk up to the door and press the open button.
• Over NFC: hold your phone near the reader, just as you would a card.
• From the app: open the door with a few taps on the screen.

VEHICLE ACCESS BY NUMBER PLATE

If your community has number plate recognition installed, the camera reads your vehicle's plate and the system checks it against the authorized plates. If you own a parking space, you can register several plates from the app.

MANAGE WHO GETS IN

• Owners: register the people and vehicles they authorize, and open their assigned doors.
• Authorized people: open the doors the owner has enabled for them.
• Administrators and concierges: manage access for the whole community.

Check how many spaces are occupied in your community, where the installed system includes this feature.

SEVERAL COMMUNITIES, ONE APP

If you own property in more than one community with an ATES system, you can switch between them without signing out.

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD

ATESGuard does not work on its own. Your community needs an ATES access control system installed, and its administrator needs to have registered you. If that is not your case, the app will not be able to open any door.

Which features you get depends on what each community has installed and on the role its administrator has given you.

PERMISSIONS IT ASKS FOR, AND WHY

• Bluetooth: to detect the door in front of you and open it.
• Location (Android 11 and earlier only): the operating system requires it in order to scan for Bluetooth devices. It is not used to track your movements.
• Notifications: to let you know about activity in your community.
• NFC: to use your phone as a credential at the readers.

HOW EACH RESIDENT IS IDENTIFIED

Access is verified using your phone number, via a code sent by SMS. The credential that opens the door is stored on your own device, protected by the Android keystore.
