Led by Amanda Elle, founder and head trainer, Gym with Heart offers a personalised, intuitive, and female-focused approach to movement, strength training, and yoga. Sessions are designed to support your body, your nervous system, and your season of life, so you can build strength, confidence, and energy without burning yourself out.

Inside the app, you can:
