## Description

The Active Life Pain Center app provides an automated concierge medicine experience for Active Life Physical Medicine & Pain Center patients. Active Life Pain Center checks in on patients daily, reporting clinical responses to practices for review and follow-up if needed. Patients can receive additional contacts throughout the day, such as for medication reminders.  All using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
