| 2025-01-26 |  | | A major problem with this app is that Drivewise cannot track your trips unless your phone has its screen on for the WHOLE trip. A minute after the screen turns off, it loses GPS signal and ends the trip. Because Google Maps also does this on my S21 Ultra, I can only assume this is a security feature that Allstate can't plan around. If you want to track your trip, put on a YouTube music video and turn the phone over so you're not distracted. You can also start a stopwatch timer. |
| 2025-01-22 |  | | App does not track my trips. Only works 10% of the time. Will stop tracking in the middle of my trip. States it lost my wifi connection. I have all the updates and even went to the Allstate office for help. Please do a better job. Here's my update. App is now recording most trips. I found you can't have your phone on any battery power saving mode. |

I even resorted to deleting the app and reinstalling it. That worked about a couple of days then it quit recording trips again. We'll other parts of the app are good. |

I've restarted my phone and the app still uses 3 times the battery as the second heaviest user. Within about 20 min, I lose about 20% battery. |

So far, it's missed about 15 trips, which seems to have affected the projected discount percentage. This is in response to the message from Allstate. Thank you for the information. I followed all of the instructions, made sure the app is up to date as well as my phone, and all permissions are as they should be. No success since Tues. |
| 2025-01-17 |  | | Constantly continues to track me into buildings, rarely if ever gives me the option to end a trip when I try to, marks a trip as being good even with phone usage, frequently takes 3+ tries to mark a trip as a passenger trip, challenges don't work. But above all, what is the point of it having a notification saying it's tracking me if I can't tell it to stop because I'm not driving? I want my discount, but damn this app is terrible. |

Also, the trips it has tracked, shows speeding and breaking in areas the speed limit is what my speed is listed as and the breaking is because there is STOP LIGHTS. I have contacted support multiple times with zero change. |
| 2025-01-14 |  | | Ridiculous....I'm forced to accept 3rd party data sharing and a plethora of other ridiculous requirements to use the app which is basically the only way you send me documents. You stopped sending cards, I'm forced to print them. You don't provide any form of documents without the app.....and interaction with agents has become non-existent......policy costs constantly go up, even though Ive never been in an at fault accident in my life and my annual mileage is very low. Apparently, for some of the trips to be recorded, you HAVE to keep the screen of the phone on the whole trip. One thing I have done was to play music on YouTube because that is the only way the screen will be on throughout the drive. |
| 2025-01-10 |  | | After a year with this app it's terrible. Haven't had to make claims or anything serious however drivewise requires constant baby sitting. It drags your battery down by constantly checking for trips even when I'm not moving inside my house. It burdens the user with tedious checks on trips to make sure it recorded correctly. To add to annoying tedious actions it forces you back to the main menu when editing trips everytime. Failure to monitor will reault in higher bills from skewed data. 👎❌👎❌ |
