## Description

Mud engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of drilling programs.<br>The Mud Engineer App is an essential tool for mud engineers, providing a foundation for essential drilling calculations.<br>These calculations include Final Mud Weight, Final Volume, Volume 1, Volume 2, End Volume, BBLs required to adjust Mud Weight, Number of Sacks, Volume Increase, lb/bbl, Weight Up, Hydrostatic Pressure, Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD), Annular Velocity, and Pump Output.<br><br>Calculate the final mud weight by mixing two fluids with different mud weights.<br>Determine the required volume of each fluid with known mud weights and a desired final weight to achieve the desired mud weight.<br>Calculate the number of barrels needed to add a fluid with a known density to reduce mud weight.<br>Weight Up calculation.<br>Calculate hydrostatic pressure from mud weight and true vertical depth.<br>Determine the Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD) from annular pressure loss.<br>Calculate annular velocity from pump rate and hole/pipe geometry.<br>Calculate triplex pump output per stroke and flow rate.<br><br>Every calculation shows a step-by-step equation worked out with your own numbers and your chosen units, and can be exported as a professional PDF report with input and result tables, your name or company, the date, and an app watermark.
