FindApp is a business application designed to manage the distribution, delivery, and verification of funds within an organization.

Through the app, managers allocate financial resources to managers, who in turn distribute those funds among the employees at each branch. Each cash transfer is digitally recorded, allowing for transparent and orderly control of cash flow.

Employees and managers must verify their expenses by uploading evidence, such as photos of receipts or invoices, directly from the app. The manager then reviews and approves the receipts, which generates an automatic deduction from the allocated fund.

The app allows for traceability, financial control, and clear evidence of each internal transaction, reducing errors and improving operational efficiency.
