## Description

Factories with Alapros infrastructure have all production and tracking data with the Alapros Mobile application!<br>With this application you will have the following features;<br><br>+ Factory Tracking: It gives information whether the factory is working or not.<br>+ Production Tracking: Indicates how many products are produced on a per second basis.<br>+ Performance Tracking: In return for the entered product, it gives performance information of the produced product compared to other output products.<br>+ Machine Failure Tracking: It is the module that instantly reports which machine has malfunctioned. In this way, the machine is intervened instantly and continuous production is ensured.<br>+ Machine Fault Detection: It is the module developed to first detect the malfunction of the malfunctioning machine through referrals and then solve it.<br>+ Machine Maintenance Tracking: It is the module that indicates to the user when the maintenance of the machines that need monthly periodic maintenance should be done.<br>+ Shift Analysis: At facilities working in shifts, shift production analyzes are created by calculating the total stopping and working times of the machines through artificial intelligence.<br>+ Economic Loss: Based on the calculation of the total stopping times of the machines, the economic loss for the factory will be calculated.<br>+ Reporting: It is the module where all production, performance, machine breakdown, machine maintenance, shift analysis, economic loss data are calculated and reported to the user.
