There is a hole in the road! If you find a damaged part such as, please report it with the application.
The department in charge confirms the content of the report, and repairs and first-aid measures are taken depending on the urgency.

■ How to use the app
(1) When you find a damaged area on the road, turn on the GPS function and start "Ru no Pato".
② Select "Notify by email" and follow the screen to take two pictures.
* Please be careful about the surroundings when shooting.
③ After confirming the location information and selecting the defect status, send it as it is.
This completes the reporting process.

■ When using the app
・ Depending on the time of day, it may not be possible to respond immediately, so please select "Call by phone" depending on the urgency and provide the information.

■ Information about users acquired by the app
The following are the items and purposes of information about the user that the city obtains by "reporting by email".
Items of information to be acquired: Email address
Purpose of use: To confirm the content of the report
Items of information to be acquired: Report content (photograph, defect content, specific information, location information)
Purpose of use: To understand the content of the report and to study countermeasures
