2023-12-22	fuza oding		Worked great for a couple of years, but now whenever we try to get to the screen to rotate the cameras, ee ger "please try again". It's as though the SW needs to but updated, BUT the SW is up to date. This app needs to be fixed. There are multiple complaints for the same issue. To the app DEVELOPER, please fix the app and avoid further negative reviews
2023-09-17	Michelle Roehl		I've had this app/camera for 2+ years. Suddenly it no longer works on half of my phones. All I get is try again later. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. All they keep asking is if I have the latest version of the app. Well, it's been un-installed and re-installed 4 times on 2 different phones, one being brand new, and it does the same thing. Time to look for a new camera/app since this one no longer works.
2023-07-21	Aisha		No live view anymore!?! I've had this camera for over 2 years and have never had an issue with it or the app. For the past few days I have not been able to access the live view feature, no matter how many times I reset the camera or uninstall the app. And of course, each time it's reset, I can't access the screen to point it in the direction I want.
2023-05-17	Jay R. Burt		This app won't recognize the camera more than often. It keeps saying, "Please try again later." Was working perfectly at first, now I'm having more and more trouble. I am ready to uninstall your app, and if necessary, buy another camera with a different app. Because your app has qay too many problems, I replaced the camera, and I'm using a different app. Couldn't wait any longer for you to fix the problem.
2023-02-13	ButteryToast324		Almost never can open the camera. The only way I can view what it picks up is by checking the pictures it takes when it detects movement, but that feature is awful as well. It takes a million photos with the SLIGHTEST "movement" detected. Camera can be still inside, no one is home, nothing is going on, and it decides to take a photo. Everytime it takes a photo it sends a notification to your phone. I HAD to turn off notifications as this was spamming my phone with junk. DO NOT LIKE THIS APP!!!
2022-02-24	Kenneth Juarez		The application is easy to navigate. But, the cameras are not so great. Two of my cameras are not reading the memory card. And some of them the light comes on even being on manual. Additionally, I'm not sure if it's the WiFi but at log in the app buffers a lot. It takes long to show video feed. Also , the cameras light turn on at certain time. Weird.
2021-11-18	Julie McCormack		I bought one of their cameras for my front porch. Video always laggy, and the cloud storage video would always be missing pieces of the day/events that took place. Now that I've moved and I'm trying to download my video and cancel the subscription, I can't find a single thing to help me do so. Here's to month two of paying for something that isn't even online anymore!!!
2021-07-05	john kotlaba iv		FAST FORWARD 3 MONTHS: NEW rating of 2 stars and im being nice. I've tried 5 different sd cards, none work for saving any footage that i can play back. Very lame everything else is functional but without the recording and playback its useless. FIRST WEEK REVIEW: Easy to setup and to control security camera as well.
2021-04-10	Greg Jewell		Where do I go to cancel my subscription again after I've purchased the cloud service? The App has no links to the companies homepage and the app doesn't have any options to manage your account or payments. How do I clear/ delete footage that's been saved to my cloud that I don't need? This app has the bare minimum and I want subscription canceled immediately.
2020-12-10	hp.quinn		These are great cameras, but the software is lousy. I had to disable my motion alerts because it goes off for every movement, even on the lowest sensitivity setting. A bug flies by, a tree branch sways in the breeze, the shadow moves. It was going off all night from insects flying by & had to turn the motion thing off; this motion thing was the main purpose for buying the camera. It's over my driveway and I want to know if someone approaches, but it's pointless if it's going off nonstop.
