Inicialmente les había dado 5 estrellas pero, como siempre, si algo sale mal, se limpian las manos. Se me canceló un vuelo, contacto con ellos para un reembolso, supuestamente lo solicitan. Pasa casi un mes y no sé nada del dinero. Les escribo para preguntar sobre el reembolso y NO RESPONDEN. Me ignoraron completamente. Nunca más vuelvo a reservar con ellos.
