## Review summary

The UScellular Prepaid Rewards app offers prepaid customers a way to earn points toward bill discounts or gift cards, praised for easy redemption and good support by some. However, many users experience major issues such as points not accruing correctly, unhelpful customer service, heavy battery drain due to intrusive lock screen ads, glitches causing freezes or start-up failures, and misleading reward value descriptions. These problems lead to frustration and diminish the app's value despite its potentially useful reward system.

- Helps save money on phone bills by watching ads, completing surveys, and other activities.
- Service and support have been described as amazing and professional by some users.
- The app is easy to use and redeem points for rewards.

### Cons

- Points often do not accumulate or update properly, with users reporting stuck or missing points.
- Customer service is unresponsive or ineffective in resolving issues.
- App causes significant battery drain and uses excessive permissions, including intrusive lock screen features.
- The app is glitchy and unstable, sometimes freezing or failing to start.
- Misleading reward values and disappointment with earning rates; the app does not deliver on promised points or rewards.
