It also helps business managers keep a separate local database or backup of reviewable client receivable lists without depending on a laptop spreadsheet.<br><br>What you can manage:<br>- Clients, contact details, notes, profile photos, and saved visit locations<br>- Receivables with invoice numbers, issue dates, due dates, payment terms, and bill-sent status<br>- Payments by client or receivable<br>- Open, paid, and overdue accounts<br>- Dashboard totals for total owed, clients with debt, open receivables, and overdue receivables<br>- Primary currency plus an optional secondary currency estimate<br><br>Exports and sharing:<br>- Generate clean PDF account summaries and client statements<br>- Export an Excel-compatible CSV list of accounts<br>- Create JSON backups of app data and import them when needed<br>- Share files through your phone&#39;s normal share sheet, including email and installed messaging apps<br><br>Privacy-first workflow:<br>Vedorpro does not collect or sync your client database.
