2023-08-30	Mo*****	It should be under zero star for this kind of apps. It doesn't work. Failed to scan ID. I have used the browser link in 2021 was very easy. I turned to the app because the browser link doesn't work as well. (The system is not available try again later) message for the last five days, using the link. Installed the app and it seems even worse. What a waste of time.

2023-08-12	K *****	Worst ever experience, never waste your money, not worth a penny. My individual reprts showed my employment co where i have never worked. Same time i applied for my company report, i was informed to wait on video call from 12.30 to 1.30 noon, i was waiting 15 b4 and 15 minutes after the time slot given. I called them 3 times every day and even during the time slot of video time to remind them. Eventually after 4th day they cancel my request lying that i was not avl for zoom meet. When i went in

2023-08-08	Dm*****	Hello, We are not able to save the report because application is lacking storage rights which is it not requesting. Futhermore, it's not possible to grant the required storage rights via the settings. Only the camera is available in the list. Please transfer report opening to the external application or fix the required permission set. This flaw makes the application useless. We have wasted 30 mins of time and after all got it from the website. Thank you.

2023-05-28	Ib*****	It's very difficult to enter the date of birth in time before session expires as I am born in 01/01/1943 and the app does not allow entering the date manually, only on the calendar it provides. Secondly, even after trying many times and entering, I am not able to pay by card after I have chosen the report needed. I hope they fix it or give an alternative solution to get the credit report.

2023-04-07	jo*****	I tried to open so many times but no avail.. Then I called their customer support he just told try it again but the same nothing happen I can't able to access my AECB.. That i needed urgently.. He then told me to go to their website but still the same issue even I tried on my uae pass nothing happen.. It same like a useless apps.. But no other option to hang with coz of our credit score record rely on it..

2022-08-26	so*****	When ever I try to gather my credit report it always showing "Your Credit Score cannot be calculated for different reasons" this happens not only for me but for my friends also. One of my friend call the coustomer care number from the app but they can't also help, they told him they will arrange a meeting within five days and they didn't, This app seems total waste it makes the proceedure even more difficult. Disappointed !!

2022-07-15	Za*****	Extremely slow app, I have used the laptop instaed but again the website response was very slow, when I have used it at first time in the 2019 or 2020, it was much better. Seems they don't have team to update the app time to time and make it better and faster. Overall we are paying to get the reports company should advance it to make our experience better.

2022-06-12	Ad*****	Bad experience. Guys be aware that if you are using the app first time... Don't go for AED 10.5. I have paid the money and I haven't received the credit score that is really bad. The customer service is really bad where they are keep on repeating the same thing. They are not solving the issue. My aed 10.5 is gone now and they are not reversing the money. I'm going to lodge a complain in ministry
