I waited almost a month for my elite box and while there was a lot of stuff in it, you didn't listen at all to what I wanted. It's actually everything I said I DON'T want. I'm keeping one item out of the box just so my styling fee doesn't go completely to waste. |

On the contrary, I've now ordered more than a dozen sets, which are either super cute or super sexy in my opinion, as well as comfortable and gorgeous. I love that they have bra sizes as low as the a's and go really high as well as include plus sizes for some of my beautiful friends who usually have limited choices. They also, in some sets, let you decide between thong, cheekie or high waist etc. Love It!! |
| 2023-03-07 |  | | Stop with the notifications!!! I have this as NEVER send SMS and I still get notifications every day, multiple notifications a day. Seriously just stop. My account is on a hold and I'm honestly ready to cancel my membership and be done. Shipping times are almost 2 weeks instead of 3-5 that's quoted and there is hardly anything in my size that is affordable. The quality isn't what it was 3-4 years ago, you claim it is better but it's not. I shouldn't be having issues with wires |
| 2023-01-25 |  | | My order took 2 weeks longer than it said to arrive. Then, even though I did measurements, the item was way too large. So, I reordered in a smaller size. Only to have that order canceled after almost 2 or 3 weeks of waiting because they ran out of the item. They gave me credits, but by the time all of this had played out, all of the items in my size I would've ordered were also sold out. I was nervous to try out this site, but gave it a shot because the items were cute. 0/10 would recommend. |
| 2022-12-11 |  | | So, I ended up trying this out and didn't realize the cost. Needless to say, it was difficult to end the subscription. I even emailed customer support. They charged my credit card close to $400, so close to xmas while on the tightest budget. I had to take time out of work to return the 2nd box that came. There was no need to open it because Im unable to afford these items. I'm stuck with the 1st box since it passed the short window of days that they allow any returns. Oh, well, lesson learned. |
| 2022-11-30 |  | | This was absolutely a 5 star company before. They checked all the boxes on quality and variety of products and to top it off, you'd get your stuff in a normal amount of time. But for months now it taken about a month to receive my order. They say there are shipping delays because of covid but noone else I order through is still having this issue. They changed something, probably because it was cheaper and its really ruined the shopping experience. This is the reason I canceled my elite box. |
| 2022-11-10 |  | | I love many of the sets. I just wish that I could get replacement wires for my bras. The wires wear out before the bra does. Fabrics hold up well. Another issue us that some of the straps don't allow for them to be tightened up. I have a set that I need to tighten to fit me and then I will have to stitch it to hold for additional wearing. I wish the app would automatically remember my size so or preferences. If I decide I want to look at more I can then adjust through the filter. |

There are options to pause or skip the current months membership, or upgrade to try before you buy (I have no experience with that last part so far). There are even live events to view products. My drawers are now stocked with a verity that I love. I definitely recommend this app! |

You definitely get your moneys worth plus some!! I recommend for everyone to shop here at least once, because that is all it will take before they are hooked! Great products, Great service, Great pricing. |
