## Description

The Nutrition and Health Tracking System (NHTS) is a mobile-based application designed to support Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS). It enables Anganwadi Workers (AWTs) to efficiently enter and manage critical data such as daily attendance, food distribution, child growth details, stock and infrastructure information, as well as supplementary nutrition and Anganwadi center specifics.

With over 35,700 Anganwadi Centers in operation, NHTS plays a pivotal role in enhancing the management of health and nutrition programs. Key benefits include maintaining accurate beneficiary databases, ensuring pregnant and lactating women receive essential health check-ups and immunizations, boosting mother enrollment at centers, combating anemia and undernutrition among women, and reducing incidences of low birth weight, malnutrition, infant mortality, and maternal mortality.
