## Description

**Blood Pressure Tracker** helps you log systolic and diastolic pressure, pulse, glucose, oxygen and weight, then monitor trends and share your data with family and your doctor. Note: this app does NOT measure blood pressure. 

Key features include calendar-based logging, tagging, automatic BP category calculations (ACC/AHA 2017, ISH 2020, NICE 2019, etc.), and export options (CSV, HTML, Excel, PDF). It also provides summaries (max, min, avg) and trend insights to help you track and manage your BP over time.
