2026-06-07	ju*****	had a negative and so I transfered 55 from savings to checking, BUT it didnt registere on either side. It did register in the transfer history as 50 thow? tried to do over the phone, but the bot said no, and that there wasnt any transfer history either. Than transfered me to a live agent without me saying to but no live agent available due to it being Sunday. So now im stuck at a gas station waiting while my area is lit up for possible flooding and Tornado as well.

2026-04-25	Vi*****	Really dislike your app. After last update, my phone was no longer compatible. Got the latest S26 and S26+ so we could use mobile banking. First time I installed on 26+, mobile deposit was available, and I deposited checks. Then I installed on S26. Mobile deposit was not available. Tried S26+, and now not available on it. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. This is same problem I had with S10+. Latest phones with supposedly current versions of app should provide all banking options.
