## Description

New Fossils 3.0 is an analogue and augmented reality installation project, which takes place within the framework of Madia art is here 2024, in the city of Karlsruhe, Germany. <br>New Fossils 3.0 | Specimen No. 1 is an update of the 2021 artwork, which not only includes the AR feature, but also a digital portal through which the audience can access in real time the UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts Guadalajara, in Mexico. With this new edition the artists get to present an artwork that can be updated and reflect the changing reality in a given time; reminding us that we must keep thinking about what is the footprint of today to tomorrow’s humanity.<br>The project unfolds at the Kollegiengebäude Mathematik, Englerstraße 2 in Karlsruhe. To interact with the augmented reality content, go to the venue and follow the instructions on the designated information board. For an optimum experience use headphones.
