Users appreciate the convenience of ordering ahead, the rewards program bonuses, and the overall food quality. However, multiple reviews report significant problems: reward points are hard to earn due to scanning failures; orders are sent to incorrect locations without cancellation or modification options; payment and login issues are common; customer support is unresponsive; and users experience frequent missing items and intrusive notifications with no way to disable them. These issues have led to frustration and decreased app usability despite positive feelings about the food and some app features.

Recent reviews

With the old version, you were able to scan the receipt to get points. Now, they removed that option with the new update. Update 8/25/24 I am just giving 1 star because of your payment system in the app. even though after adding my debit card to the payment system, I was unable to pay. And now I can't even remove or delete the card, which is already in the system, only to update it with another card. this must be fixed.

It was very easy to scan receipts until recently. I cannot find the option to scan my receipts. If you are no longer offering a rewards program, it should be clearly communicated to your customers or put back the option to add receipts. I do not want to go on a treasure hunt to figure out how to add my receipts, so please just put it back the way it was.
