## Description

The primary purpose of Mobi-TA is to allow technicians working outside the company to easily track their work.<br>Access and edit jobs from anywhere, digitally sign the report, and print or email it.<br><br>Data Exchange<br>Mobi-TA is already integrated with the Ad-hoc Revolution 9.0/Technical Assistance management system; data exchange occurs via the MobiSync application.<br>It also offers integration with major company management systems; data exchange occurs via Web Services and WebAPI.<br>Mobi-TA allows operators to send recently completed jobs to the company and, at the same time, receive all relevant updated data.<br><br>Connection and Security<br>Data synchronization between the device and the company is verified and confirmed to ensure correct data transmission.<br>In the event of an unexpected disconnection or incomplete procedure, the data will remain on the device until the next update.<br>All server connections and data transfers are performed using personal authentication, which can be blocked or revoked by the company at any time.<br>Before using the application, the device certification procedure (personal authentication) must be completed.<br><br>Who is eligible for this service?<br>Mobi-TAsmart is available to all companies that have purchased the Mobi-TAweb portal (www.mobi-ta.it).<br><br>Operating Notes<br>For the application to function correctly, the company must purchase the Mobi-TAweb license and enable individual employees.<br>Mobi-TAweb version 3.2 must be installed.<br><br>Demo<br>Contact us to schedule a product demo.<br><br>Technical Requirements – Server<br>Mobi-TAweb v. 3.2
