Information<br>The main purpose of Mobi-TA is to allow technicians who work outside the company structure to keep track of their work with extreme ease.<br>Access anywhere to the interventions to be carried out and to be able to modify them, digitally sign the report and print it or send it by email.<br><br>Data exchange<br>Mobi-TA is already integrated with the Ad-hoc Revolution 8.0 / Technical Assistance management software, the data exchange takes place via the MobiSync application.<br>It also has the possibility of integration with the main company management systems, data exchange takes place via Web Service.<br>Mobi-TA allows the operator to send the interventions just worked to the company and, at the same time, to receive all the updated data pertinent to him.<br><br>Connection and Security<br>The synchronization of data between the device and the company must naturally be prepared through the implementation, in the company management system, of a procedure for sending / receiving data.<br>At each connection, the correct transmission of data is checked and confirmed.<br>In case of sudden disconnection or incomplete procedure, the data will remain in the device until the next update operation.<br>Each connection to the server and related data transfer takes place via personal authentication, which can be blocked or revoked by the company at any time.<br>Before being able to use the application, the device certification procedure (personal authentication) must be carried out.<br><br>Who is it for?<br>Mobi-TAsmart is reserved for companies that have purchased a software from the Mobi-TA suite (www.mobi-ta.it).<br><br>Operational Notes<br>In order for the application to work properly, the company must activate the specific features and enable individual collaborators.<br>Mobi-TAweb version 3.0 installation is required.<br><br>Demo<br>Contact us to arrange a product demo.
