E-DNM PenDi helps you implement a more targeted diabetes exercise program and track progress directly on your device.<br><br>With E-DNM PenDi, you can:<br><br>• Calculate your target heart rate range based on your profile.<br>• Create an 8-week exercise schedule with 24 sessions.<br>• Record your post-exercise heart rate, workout duration, target zone status, and estimated active calories.<br>• Record your blood glucose readings in the context of your measurements.<br>• View your heart rate and glucose history to monitor your progress.<br>• Read educational materials about type 2 diabetes, diabetes exercise, target heart rates, and danger signs during exercise.<br>• Set local reminders based on your schedule.<br>• Import schedules via QR code from the Admin Tool.<br><br>BUILT FOR OFFLINE USE<br><br>E-DNM PenDi does not require an account or an internet connection. Data processing and storage are performed locally, so the app can be used anytime.<br><br>PRIVACY IN YOUR HANDS<br><br>Data is stored in an encrypted database on your device. There are no automatic uploads.
