## Review summary

Users appreciate the clean cars, polite drivers, real-time tracking, and 24/7 WhatsApp support. However, the app suffers from frequent crashes, login and account issues, unprofessional customer service with billing disputes, buggy features like location tracking, and lacks functionality for booking rides for others or while outside Kuwait. While the service quality is generally good, the app's technical and support problems negatively impact user experience.

- Drivers are polite and usually arrive on time.
- Real-time car location tracking on the map is available.
- WhatsApp support is available 24/7 and responsive.
- Good luxury taxi service experience in Kuwait.

### Cons

- The app frequently crashes or force closes.
- Logging in and user account management is problematic (no login button, sign-up issues).
- Customer service is often unprofessional or bad, with billing and cancellation problems.
- The app has bugs such as location/map issues and search not working properly.
- Booking rides for others or from outside Kuwait is not supported or functional.
