## Description

This app is a tool for therapists and cognitive-behavioral therapists, which helps organize therapeutic information and prepare for sessions.<br><br>Using the app, you can:<br><br>• Manage patient and session records<br>• Document and organize session summaries<br>• Fill out anxiety and depression questionnaires and track the results over time<br>• Record voice notes and convert them to text<br>• Generate structured summaries from the therapist&#39;s notes<br>• Get help preparing for the next session<br>• Identify themes, automatic thoughts, and repetitive patterns<br>• Use artificial intelligence tools for professional thinking and preparation<br><br>Privacy and data security<br><br>Patients&#39; names are stored encrypted on the device only and are not uploaded to the server. Information sent to the artificial intelligence tool undergoes a process to reduce identifying information. These tools are used only after consent has been given.<br><br>Individual records can be deleted or the account and associated data can be permanently deleted through the app settings.<br><br>Important Information<br><br>The app is a tool for documentation, organization, and support in professional decision-making.
