MyRPE Assistant

Discover MyRPE Assistant and take your training to the next level. Application designed to help you assess and manage your perceived exertion (RPE for both adults and children) during physical activities. It will allow you to get a better understanding of your performance and optimize your workouts, you can evaluate and record the perceived exertion of your children during their physical activities, based on the Children's RPE scale. This scale has been validated and studied in Chilean children, as described in the document 'Initial validation of the scale for measuring children's perceived effort (EP Children) in Chilean children' (Rodríguez-Núñez I, Manterola C., 2016).
