CAMEO CONNECT® is a tool for Lighting Professionals for setup, service and support of luminaires from CAMEO®. <br><br>Tap, Set Go: Use your mobile phone with NFC to configure your fixtures with ease. Most convenient update with CAMEO Cloud Services and ArtNet / RDM File Transfers. Service and support on hand: The app provides perfect connection to your devices as well as documents and resources as well as our supportive service team.<br> <br>Main Features based on NFC communication:<br>- Read out current values from the fixture<br>- Select fixture configurations from the device catalogue in offline mode<br>- Prepare configurations and deploy them to your fixtures<br>- Work with configuration templates<br>- Reset to Factory Defaults<br>- Automatically check for firmware updates and error logs<br>- Share configuration and logs with our service<br>- Create service ticket with fixture data as an attachment<br><br>Main Features based on ArtNet / RDM communication:<br>- Automatically discover devices (ArtNet nodes and fixtures from CAMEO)<br>- Reset to Factory Defaults<br>- Configure Start Address, DMX Personality and more<br>- Automatically check for firmware updates and error logs<br>- Perform firmware updates with files from CAMEO Cloud or local files<br>- Share configuration and logs with our service<br>- Create service ticket with fixture data as an attachment
