Horrible horrible service, had to pull my daughter out of childcare within a few days due to safeguarding concerns and immediately cancelled contract. They failed to carry out a proper investigation, we were ignored by their safeguarding team, have yet to confirm cancellation of our contract 3 months later or refund us, and have harassed us to pay an imaginary bill from after we cancelled our contract. I have written several times and keep getting the same auto response. STEER CLEAR

Update has ruined the app. Whenever I download 1 picture the app crashes and I have to restart. Takes ages just to download a few photos. It also saves 2 of the same photos which is annoying and takes up needless storage space.
