MedPair supports patients with the medical monitoring requested by their doctor between appointments.<br><br>Your doctor invites you to perform home monitoring: MedPair guides you through each step, records your data, and sends it to your doctor before your appointment.<br><br>HOW IT WORKS<br>1. Your results are sent to your doctor before your appointment.<br><br>BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING (SELF-MEASUREMENT)<br>- Clear instructions for correctly taking your measurements<br>- Reminders at the times specified in the protocol<br>- Simple entry of your readings, morning and evening<br>- Summary sent to your doctor<br><br>DESIGNED WITH PHYSICIANS<br>The monitoring plans are developed with specialist physicians to align with protocols used in routine practice.<br><br>SIMPLE AND ACCESSIBLE<br>- Clean interface, designed for all ages<br>- No technical knowledge required<br>- Readable text and simplified navigation<br><br>YOUR DATA<br>Your health data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. It is shared only with your healthcare provider. You can delete your account at any time from the app.<br><br>IMPORTANT<br>MedPair is a monitoring and information-sharing tool.
