If you need to correct something, the correction is added as a new version and both stay in the custody record.

INDEPENDENT PROOF OF WHEN
Every entry is timestamped by DigiCert, a public timestamping authority, under the same RFC 3161 standard used for signed software. That is proof of time from somebody other than you and other than us. Only a hash of the entry ever leaves your phone. The words, the photos and the audio never do.
