2025-01-21	Cupcake Bunbuns	I'm just going to leave a review. Personally for me it's a nice app. I initially joined before because I wanted to be close to my favored idol both culturally and musically to support them, but it's apparent that I'm just not as passionate about them anymore. I've tried but that light won't come back. Weverse is nice I suppose for those that want to support their artists and still want to.
2025-01-15	Lariza Cuevas	Is a good app overall, but they have made a lot of changes lately that have not being the best. They discontinue the gift box membership for BTS in the middle of last year, but they still were having new boxes for the rest of the year. My membership ran out later in the year and I was not able to get the last box of the members album related boxes. I think this desicion was made very poorly. They could have just let you renew until the end of the year is you had that type of membership.
2025-01-11	Olivia Tuey	It wouldn't let me get an SMS Verification code and I have emailed them 3 times but they never really helped. Also, you need it for everything but it's fun to watch and see artists posts! I would recommend but all my friends have now had this problem with SMS Verification Code. Can someone help me? I deleted my account and uninstalled the app and nothing worked. Edit: They still never helped me or when they did it was the same message 😭
2025-01-11	Fran-marie Pace	Great app but the notifications of the lives are a bit late,sometimes they send the notifications on time but sometimes they send it 2hours after it ended , sometimes they don't even send a notification at all please do fix this problem. I also want to add a tiny detail that weverse could maybe please update to have subtitles,because not everyone can speak Korean,thank you
2024-12-25	Kay Luv	PLEASE fix the profile description edit section by including a "save" button. There is no way to save my description edit updates without one. Also please add English subtitles faster to ALL videos including the Lives, it should not take 2-3 days for them to appear, Thanks 😞 Edit: 12/25 😡😬You still have not added a save button to the profile after this latest update, fix that!!!!!!
2024-12-10	Elizabeth	The 1st item I ordered stated it will "ship soon," and the 2nd is "in transit." I received the 1st item before the 2nd one, which makes no sense because there was no indication it would be sent before the 2nd item. I also did not receive an email whatsoever of the update of the status of the item and the action of delivery. I would l have been clueless about the delivery without my ring camera on my door. Both items on the app currently have the same status. None show "delivered."
2024-11-21	maythwel khant	Its recently updated version isn't that convenient for us. Could you bring back the bomb for ARMY because we're more prefer the original one to this. Also, you should control the notifications because even though I didn't join others, they're still notified about it, and I am really sick of that. Also, the translate part has some errors and is not exactly the same as Korean. So overall, it's a pretty cool app, but if you fix these issues ASAP, it'll be more enjoyable.
2024-11-21	Jen -	I dont like the change they did bcs the old versions is more better. If they wanted dark mode they could have just added a dark mode button in settings than changing it full on black. Seriously now all the app I have are basically black designs its LIKE there copying one another. Anyway I personally prefer the old version it even has the OG army light stick as a like button and it the cutest thing to have now is just plane old like heart 😔.

That was a cute unique part of the app that I liked... also I wish it was easier to search for run bts episodes... bc with the new update they still haven't fixed that part and now the play/pause button isn't working right. I have to tap a bunch of times now before the video plays/pauses again
2023-10-07	Sophia Torrez	The app WAS working perfectly but all of a sudden, it just stopped working! I can't see content, photos, everything takes FOREVER to load and the contents just don't work! I am on Weverse daily and I'm so disappointed! I've logged out of my account, logged back in, uninstalled it, reinstalled it but nothing works! PLEASE fix this problem ASAP!
