## Description

theCoach is the client app for people training with an online coach.<br>Your coach builds your program on theCoach; this app is where you run it.<br><br>You need an invitation from your coach to use this app. It is not a<br>standalone workout tracker.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br><br>Follow your plan<br>See the session your coach scheduled for today, with every exercise, its<br>setup notes and the targets you are working toward.<br><br>Log as you train<br>Record each set as you go. The app keeps your entries when you lose<br>connection and syncs once you are back online, so a basement gym does not<br>cost you a session.<br><br>Film your form<br>Record a clip on any set and your coach reviews it with your log next to it.<br>Clips are compressed on your phone before upload, so they cost far less data<br>than a raw recording. They are deleted automatically after 30 days.<br><br>Check in with your coach<br>Answer the check-in your coach set up, in writing or as a voice message, and<br>track weight and body measurements over time.<br><br>Keep a food diary<br>Log meals against the targets your coach set. Scan a barcode to find a product,<br>or search the ingredient database directly.<br><br>See your progress<br>Weight trends, training history and a comparison of the same session over<br>time, so you can see whether the last block actually moved anything.<br><br>PRIVACY<br><br>Data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, on infrastructure covered by GDPR.<br>You can export or delete your account and its data at any time from<br>Settings &gt; Privacy, or by writing to office@thecoach.cloud.<br>Deletion instructions: https://primaris.thecoach.cloud/delete-account
