Either as activ or discarded (default) Furthermore there are the options to replace the current activ tab with the first url or just to switch to the first opened tab. This add-on is the companion of tabs2clip. Both work together to quickly import and export tabs/urls. Usage:
  1. select/copy some text which contains urls/links
  2. click the toolbar icon or use the hotkey shortcut (CTRL+ALT+O).
Notes:
  1. Permissions:
    1. "Get data from the clipboard", used to read the urls from the clipboard
    2. "Display notifications to you", used to display a failure message
    3. "Access browser tabs", used to open tabs for the clipboard urls
